I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Rabbi David M. Glickman to act as my agent in 2023/5783, to sell any Chametz that may be in my possession, wherever it may be (at home, place of business, car, or elsewhere), in accordance with Jewish Law. 

This box must be checked in order to execute this contract.

By entering my printed name I acknowledge that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as ink signatures.

Maot Chittin Fund Aids Needy 

Traditionally, upon selling chametz before Pesach, Jews donate to Maot Chittin “money for wheat”- a fund to help Jews in need of money for celebrating the holiday. This year we anticipate a significantly increased need. Rabbi Glickman will be administering the fund. We anticipate giving funds to charities both locally and abroad to help with Passover expenses. If you would like to make a donation, mark your contribution “Passover Fund”, and enclose your check with the “Sale of Chametz” form above. A donation is NOT required in order to sell your Chametz.
